0:00 Our AI Analytics tool offers reporting on things such as your workforce data and headcount trends, as well as things like your turnover analysis. 0:12 If you visit the AI Analytics at the top here, you can ask a series of questions to this tool. Ah, the first thing you can do as well is you're offered a few suggestions where you can choose a report. 0:26 So, for example, if we hit the headcount report, it's going to calculate our workforce data. You can start a new conversation on the side there and either use the prompts here or ask questions. 0:41 So, we can ask, show me. My agenda, send that off, and we will get a report here. Now, with our reports, you can choose to then open it in the Builder if you would like to change a few things. 1:06 So if we hit open in Builder here, we can see our report. It also offers us a few other reporting or chart types. 1:15 So we can click online, stacked, pie, and so on. We can then choose to further filter it down using these filters underneath. 1:26 So we're looking at gender at the moment. We might want to look by department. We can change it to things such as division and change the measuring as well by the employment type and further break it down in a few different ways here.
1:43 We've got additional filters in the next section where we can add filters and decide that we want to match all or any of the following. 1:52 and create another custom report that's further broken down. If you'd like to save the report and it's a report that you often use, you can choose to add it to your library. 2:04 If we hit add to library rename it. Otherwise, we can just hit save. And that will be saved in our library where we can just click on it and revisit the employee headcount over time. 2:23 over in our prompt. You've got further tools here that you can use, such as the top roles, and it will continue to analyze your work data as well as your workforce analysis based on the prompts that you provide. 2:40 you offer it. If you'd like to download these reports as well, you can choose to download as a picture or you can choose to download it as an exported. 3:08 The Excel file will present you with data in the form of a spreadsheet.
